Trying to copy large backup file from a Win 2003 server to a Win 2008 server and it seems to be working, but after awhile it fails with the message that:
File copy fails with the error “Insufficient System Resources”
After doing the reghacks in the reference below and rebooting the Win 2003 server, it seems to work now.
